Basically this transparent Volkswagen has no shelter because its exteriors design was made by wires, just like the pattern of my window's iron grill; it's not only transparent but the rain water can "penetrate" through its body. If you leave any valuable item in the car, anybody can just take it away easily without opening the door.
So, it looks nice and cool but not practical at all.
